Terms of service

These terms apply to bookings made on fireflybalivilla.com with Fire Fly Bali Villa, registered in Indonesia under NIB 1908250109949.

Your booking

A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you have a confirmation email with a reference. The contract is between you and the villa.

Prices

Prices are quoted per night in Indonesian rupiah and include applicable taxes. Any cleaning fee is shown separately before you pay. Meals, tours, transport and scooter hire are extra.

Your stay

Please respect the house rules, other guests and our team. We may end a stay without refund in cases of unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Liability

Guests use the pool, kitchen and garden at their own risk. We are not liable for personal belongings, for injury caused by misuse of the facilities, or for events beyond our control such as weather, power cuts or road closures.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
