What we collect

When you book we collect your name, email, phone number, country, stay dates, guest count and any requests you send us. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

Why we use it

To confirm and deliver your stay, to send your confirmation and arrival details, to answer enquiries, and to meet Indonesian guest registration requirements.

Who we share it with

Our property management system, which holds the reservation, our payment provider, and our email provider. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as required by Indonesian tax and hospitality rules. Enquiries are removed once they are no longer needed.

We use only the cookies needed for the site and the payment process to work. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
