Booking policies

Payment

Bookings are paid in full at the time of booking, in Indonesian rupiah, through our secure payment provider. Approximate amounts in euro and dollars are shown for guidance only, and your bank may apply its own conversion.

Minimum stay

A minimum stay of two nights applies to most dates. Some dates carry a longer minimum, and this is shown on the room page when you choose your dates.

Cancellation

Cancel more than fourteen days before arrival for a full refund. Between fourteen and seven days, fifty per cent is refunded. Inside seven days the booking is non refundable. Write to us if your plans change, we are reasonable people.

Arrival and departure

Check in from 15:00, check out by 11:00. Self check-in with a lockbox is available for late arrivals. Earlier check in or later check out can often be arranged, just ask.

Guests and children

Each room takes a maximum of two guests. Pets are welcome with prior notice. The pool, kitchen and garden are shared with the other rooms, so we ask for quiet after 22:00.

Damage

We do not take a deposit. Accidental damage happens and we will simply talk to you about it. Serious damage or missing items may be charged at replacement cost.
